Lilith Helsdottir (they/them) has been a life-long witch and neurodivergent folk practitioner, born and raised in the Appalachian and Triad regions of North Carolina. They dedicated themselves to Heathenry in 2020, and joined Fire & Ice in December of that year. Yule of 2020 marked the start of their Heathen path, and at the beginning of 2023, they found their place on the Ritual Committee, and started to help facilitate Fire & Ice online rituals while embarking on the Volur path in the new Apprenticeship Program. 

Lilith is a fiber artist who is skilled in weaving, macrame, embroidery, and knitting. They find strength in writing & facilitating ritual, and creating safe & accessible spiritual traditions. Their studies led them to pursue a death practice, and they began working directly with Hel and their ancestors through multi-faceted divination, utiseta, and other forms of journey work.

As a hospice volunteer, Lilith finds strength in compassionate companionship and mutual aid. Their practice is centered on comforting those who are undergoing loss of all kinds, and extending a helping hand to those who are facing grief.  Lilith fervently supports anti-fascist communities, grassroots activism, and the liberation of all.
