
Seiðr Path
Seiðr classes provide students with instruction in modern seiðr, a form of Nordic-derived mysticism that includes its own forms of trancework, spellcraft, and working with the dead. It is highly recommended students either take the introductory classes or have prior experience in Heathenry in preparation for studying seiðr through On Black Wings.
Intro to Nordic Magic & Mysticism
Intro to Nordic Magic & Mysticism introduces students to modern seiðr, a form of Nordic-derived mysticism, and the basics of seiðr sorcery. In this class, students will be introduced to the core elements, practices, and ideas behind seiðr sorcery. They will also learn how to construct their own sorcerous workings and how these practices can help in your day to day life.
Prerequisite: None!
Fundamentals of Utiseta
Fundamentals of Utiseta introduces students to utiseta, one of the core disciplines of modern seiðr, which is based on trance meditation. It can be used for gaining answers to serious problems, divination to untangle the strands of Wyrd, journeying to the Nordic Otherworlds, and many other trance-based practices. Students will be taught the basics of this discipline and given direct experience through guided utiseta sessions.

Basic Seiðr Classes
The Nordic Self
The Nordic Self digs deeper into the nature of the Nordic Self, how it works in Nordic mysticism, and influences Nordic spirituality. In this class, students will learn about the parts of the Nordic Self, how this differs from the soul, why this matters in day to day life, and how they can apply this knowledge to mystical practice.
Prerequisite: Fundamentals of Utiseta
Intermediate Seiðr Classes
Nordic Necromancy
Nordic Necromancy teaches students how to use seiðr sorcery and utiseta for interacting and working with the dead. It trains students in these arts through in-class discussion, guided exercises, and practical application.
Prerequisite: The Nordic Self
Hexing and Warding
Hexing and Warding provides students with a deeper look in developing protective and destructive magic in the Nordic practice. It provides students with practical exercises for honing their craft, grounds practices in the ethics of Heathenry, and gives students opportunities to develop their own workings.
