
Fellowship Governing Council & Administrative Service Councils
The Fellowship Governing Council serves as the Board for the Fellowship of Fire & Ice. The current board is provisional pending the convening of the first Fellowship Althing. The positions of Governing Chair, Governing Vice-Chair, Fellowship Secretary, Fellowship Treasurer, and Members' Advocate are all elected by the members at large through the Althing while all other Governing Council members are elected by the collectives that make up their respective Service Councils.



Ryan Smith, Chair of the Governing Council (he/they)
Facilitates Governing Council decision-making and discussions, oversees overall direction of the Service Councils, and represents the Fellowship in external affairs.
Vice-Chair of the Governing Council (position vacant)
Supports and assists the Governing Chair, steps in during the Governing Chair's absence or incapacity, and assists in facilitating Fellowship administration.
Jaz Wallace Bluhm, Fellowship Treasurer (he/him)
Manages the Fellowship's finances and budgeting process, oversees financial transparency and accurate reporting, and ensures responsible use of resources.
Treasury Council

Fellowship Secretary (position vacant)
Maintains all Fellowship records including meeting minutes and data repositories, coordinates communication within the Fellowship and with the membership, and ensures proper documentation of decisions and activities.

Victoria Skye, Members' Advocate (they/them)

Responsible for creating a welcoming, supportive environment for all members, facilitating conflict resolution and mediation within the Fellowship, and promoting inclusivity and respectful dialog.
Hospitality Council

Travis Wells, Dean of Education (on sabbatical) (he/they)
Develops the educational programs and resources for the Fellowship, ensures accessibility of learning, and supports members in developing their spiritual paths.

Andromeda Whitefeather, Riteskeeper (they/them)
Facilitates the organizing of community events, rituals, and gatherings, ensures activities align with the Principles of Unity, and fosters community engagement. Bio: Andromeda Whitefeather is a Heathen mystic, tranceworker, and wise woman based out of the American Pacific Northwest, who has been involved in the Inclusive Heathenry community since 2019. Her practice is focused around veneration of the land spirits, the gods, and guiding others toward meeting them. Before joining The Fellowship of Fire & Ice, she served as a devotional group coordinator for the Troth, and has regularly hosted rituals and guided meditations in the broader community. “I think that the atomizing systems we live under have robbed us of the things which nourish us as human beings - community, shared identity, connection with the land, spirituality. Through shared ritual and worship, my goal is to build in our community a source of spiritual sustenance that reconnects us to our essential humanity, brings us closer together, and creates a space where Heathenry can grow and evolve to meet the needs of a modern day people.”

Maia, Community Safety Coordinator (they/them)
Monitors and maintains safe and respectful relationships with external groups & partners in anti-fascist struggle, prevents internal and external threats, actions, and influences from impacting the community through identifying, monitoring, and addressing external bad actors, and intervenes in internal security only at the request of a relevant Service Collective or affiliated group.
Community Safety Council

Outreach Director (position vacant)
Supervises all public-facing media, promotional material, and other similar content, develops and implements the Fellowship's outreach and media strategy, and works with the Fellowship to develop material that effectively advocates for and advances inclusive spirituality.
